Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or internationally right now.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more; a flat $6.95 for orders under $49.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Start by emailing sales@kimwolldinc.com. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
We do if the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days after your return is inspected and approved, to your original payment method.
Does the standing desk or chair need assembly?
Yes, both arrive flat-packed with hardware, tools and instructions. Most customers finish in 30–60 minutes.
Are the light-up Halloween decorations battery powered?
Yes. Battery type and quantity are listed on each product page; batteries may not be included. Remove batteries when storing decorations for the season.
Are the inflatables and outdoor décor weather resistant?
They’re designed for outdoor seasonal use. Anchor them as instructed and bring them indoors during high winds or severe weather.
